Sindy is an audiovisual project by Swedish composer, producer and vocalist Tom Serner (b. 1994). Under the Sindy moniker he explores and continuously reinterprets his inner world through music, performance and various visual mediums. With autodidactic attitude, yet respect for classical technique, Sindy recontextualizes traditional guitar based songwriting and band music with strong melodic sensibilities, extreme sound design and an intuitive, off-kilter delivery – connecting the dots between organic and electronic genres through hypnotizing notes, glitched symphonies, and harmonic shrieks.
